Typically, the majority of enterprises or organizations have one or few PBXs (IP-PBX, Unified communications systems), providing communications services within the company and giving access to the city, intercity and international telephone network. If an internal telephone communications is actually free for the enterprise, however long distance and international calls must be paid and sometimes a lot of money. Any business planning its activities and budget funding, gives attention to phone services costs. But how to not exceed the planned budget of communication services? What departments and staff spending more then others on the telephone calls? How to identify among thousands phone calls that are made for the work, and to find fraud or personal ones placed at the expense of the company? Is to whether existing now expenditure on the telephone calls justified? Can you somehow reduce these costs? These and a number of other questions may arise in enterprise using a communications equipment. Tariscope Enterprise (hereinafter Tariscope) not only provides full accounting of all calls for each employee, subdivision, it also gives full control over the expenditure of finance on telephone calls. When the limit exhausts, Tariscope gives commands to the communications equipment, which prohibit, for example, long-distance calls until the end of the month. Are there still other ways to optimize the cost of telephone service? Yes. PBXs are connected to the PSTN through the different communication channels. Without special tools, it is difficult to get the usage level estimation for them. There are cases of redundancy of communication channels. Tariscope allows per-second precision estimation of the phone traffic, so you can evaluate the effectiveness of system.
